With just 32 boardings on an average weekday in 2018, Mishawum was one of the least busy stations on the commuter rail system.\nThe Boston and Lowell Railroad opened in 1835, with a North Woburn station opened by midcentury. It was renamed Mishawum around 1885 when the Woburn Loop opened with its own North Woburn station.",
