Summary, model-written

The site is currently occupied by the Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum, a non-profit aviation museum founded in the mid-1970s by Fred Weisbrod (developer). Two hangars were constructed in 2005 and 2011 to house aircraft and artifacts. The retrofit is complete (status: built), with no current development opportunity (opportunity score: 0.0; reason: 'retrofit already built'). The museum is listed as a peer in Retrofit Atlas, but it is not a former mall.
