Retrofit Atlas

Sell or reposition a mall with the record behind it

Owners, listing brokers and special servicers: give buyers the whole picture of a site in one page. We assemble the dossier from the public record (parcels and taxes, deals, zoning and planning history, context layers, comparable retrofits) and put your listing in front of the developers, lenders and cities who use the Atlas. Early access while the licence with the authors is agreed; no fee is charged today.
