Lists (/sites, /near, /elements/{slug}, /owners/{slug}, /changes) return brief records with these fields; /sites/{id} returns every column plus the related tables.

GET/api/v1/sites

Search and filter records. Returns brief records (one object per site) with total, limit and offset. Filters combine with AND. Rejected records are never returned.
